Most folks today would agree that we live in troubled times. At any moment, a single event could change the balance of our society for the worse, taking us back to what some might call the dark ages. Predicted solar flares, EMPs, earthquakes, or even terrorist activity today could lead to a complete infrastructure failure that would affect every aspect of our future.
